Thanks to computer animation you could have a great occasion to see what the Clock looks like inside, and could learn about dramatic events, such as Hussite Wars, Execution of 27 protestant leaders and liberation of Prague in 1945 when the Astronomical Clock was damaged. The screening took place every Saturday during September and October, 2011 and met with huge public interest. The Old Town Hall became the first projection area last fall, when the clock celebrated 600 years.
The clock was first installed in 1410, making it the third-oldest astronomical clock in the world and the only one still working. You can find this precious monument just in a walking distance from our hotel.
